Heya and welcome to the forums. There is no GBA emulator for the CE yet and such emulator would probably run much slower and I think RAM might be a problem, but it would surely be easier than on the TI-84 Plus C Silver Edition if it was feasible. For the time being, I think GB emulation is more likely and calc84maniac is working on TI-Boy CE. This video shows you how to install the ti-84 plus CE emulator. How to download programs on the CE: https://youtu.be/XcqqoxhVMjU. The HP-48 is a series of graphing calculators using Reverse Polish notation (RPN) and the RPL programming language, produced by Hewlett-Packard (HP) from 1990 until 2003. The series include the HP-48S, HP-48SX, HP-48G, HP-48GX, and HP-48G+, the G models being expanded and improved versions of the S models.
Wabbitemu, like all emulators, requires a ROM image. Wabbitemu includes an easy to use setup wizard that will help you create a ROM image for your TI.
