- Play Instructions: Install the game - Full Installation. Apply any of the the available patches. Extract the THE.SIMS.3.NODVD.PATCHER.EXE file from the File Archive to the game directory. Execute the THE.SIMS.3.NODVD.PATCHER.EXE file to apply the fix. The Sims 3 v1.3.24 +3 TRAINER.
- I finally got my Sims 3 Season game to work after getting that no disc found message. I did this before and forgot how to do it, but I hope it works for you on your MAC. When you see the young adult girl standing in front of the mirror as the different screen shots happen you press the return key. That should help you to not get that message.
- 1 - Look at your disc and verify you do not have a faulty or scratched up disc. 2 - Make sure your DVD drive does not have any discs in it. 3 - Quit all programs. 4 - Click on the Start Menu.

No-CD & No-DVD Patch troubleshooting: The most common problem getting a No-CD/No-DVD patch to work is ensuring that the No-CD/No-DVD patch matches you're game version, because the games exe is changed when a patch update is applied previous versions won't work.
If its an older game you are playing and you are running Windows 7 or Windows 8 it may not work, if you right click the .exe file and choose Properties and then Compatibility you can change this to run in Windows 98/ Windows 2000 etc. You can find more information on the Beginners Help page here
